Refund and Return Policy
1. Overview
ProjectPhi is committed to providing high-quality research products and a professional customer experience. Owing to the nature of laboratory research compounds, all purchases are subject to the Refund and Return Policy set out below. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
2. Research Use Disclaimer
All products sold by ProjectPhi are supplied strictly for research and laboratory purposes and are not intended for human consumption, medical use, or therapeutic application. Because of the sensitive nature of these products, returns and refunds are strictly limited as described below.
3. All Sales Final
All sales are final. ProjectPhi does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering, customs seizures or import restrictions, carrier delays, or misuse of products.
The only exceptions are set out in Section 4.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
ProjectPhi will provide a refund or replacement only where a product:
- arrives damaged in transit;
- is faulty or materially not as described; or
- is incorrect, or the order is incomplete, due to an error on our part.
5. How to Make a Claim
To make a claim under Section 4, you must contact ProjectPhi within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- your order number;
- clear photographs of the product and its packaging showing the damage, fault, or error; and
- a description of the issue.
Claims that do not include this information, or that are submitted after 7 days, may not be able to be assessed. Where a replacement or return is arranged, the affected item must not be used further and must be retained in its original packaging. ProjectPhi may request that the product be returned, and any such return must be approved by our support team beforehand. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
6. Cryptocurrency Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued in equivalent cryptocurrency value calculated at the time of processing. As crypto transactions are irreversible and exchange rates fluctuate, the refunded value may differ from the original amount paid. ProjectPhi is not responsible for losses arising from market movement or from incorrect wallet details provided by the customer.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment has been confirmed. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
8. Shipping Issues
If a package is lost, damaged, or delayed, customers should contact ProjectPhi as soon as possible so that we can investigate with the shipping provider. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, ProjectPhi cannot guarantee outcomes relating to carrier delays, customs processing, or third-party shipping services.
9. Compliance Responsibility
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all local laws and import regulations before placing an order. Except as required by law, ProjectPhi is not liable for customs holds or seizures, import restrictions, or regulatory action within the customer’s jurisdiction.
10. Policy Updates
ProjectPhi may update or modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time an order is placed governs that order.
